Surf4life - absolute garbage
These ******** still haven't refunded me 2 payments that came off my account. They have no sense of customer service and are extremely rude! Don't ever do yourself the injustice of using them as your fibre service provider.

Please can you provide more insight into this matter. Debit orders are normally setup by clients themselves and also need to be cancelled when moving. If a client does not cancel his debit order it will still run. If you made manual payments for monthly services what is the dispute ?
