SURF TO NOWHERE WITH SURF4LIFE - The worst internet service provider.
I've been having the worst time of my life with Surf4life!
I cannot get through to the call center at all, there is absolutely no communication when/if there is any infrastructure downtime or maintenance taking place and generally just no help whatsoever.
As an individual working from home, having WIFI connectivity is a necessity., but SURF4Life continues to let me down at least 3 to 4 times a week!! Can somebody- ANYBODY please assist?!!! - The level of extremely bad service is absolutely ridiculous.

Please note that we send out broadcast communication for each and every outage as well as maintenance. Should you not be receiving this, kindly update your email address with your marketing office so that we have the correct email address for notifications. Route 82 has only experienced upstream provider breaks during December, and was a result of Vandalism to the infrastructure in that part of Gauteng, affecting the entire area.
In incidents like that, we communicate as soon as services go down, and then every 2-4 hours with feedback from the upstream provider on ETA's.
In times of outages, we do often experience very high call volumes. Should you not be able to get through, we reccommend you send an email to ***, this will log an automatic ticket and follow the same SLA turnaround times as if you were to call in.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to let us know
Kind Regards
