Stability of line (East on 82)
Awful services and connectivity especially now that we are working from home. Every week maintenance that doesn't get finished consistent outages like clockwork with no explanation. Route 82 (East on 82)

We apologize for the current outage being experienced. This is due to the bad weather you had last night and some of the hardware got damaged. The technicians are onsite attending to this to get the site back up ASAP. Sorry for the inconvenience.
