Spoke to Customer Service, yes I had to hold for a few minutes, but when Sango took my call, he was amazing and patient even with my terrible phone Signal. He called me back when I lost him and made sure that I was 100percent helped before ending the call. I just subscribed to their service at Lion Pride x42, remains to be seen how everything else will go.
