Slow internet at The Bronx Skycity

I have been complaining about the internet being slow. It buffers every minute when watching videos. cant do zoom calls or video calls due to it disconnecting. Its a waste of money. I have to substitute with my prepaid data which costs more money. Good thing its month to month. Can someone recommend another service provider imat The Bronx Skycity.
