Service not even worth paying for
I am a bit disappointed at the level of service this provider gives. Im not sure about their policy and how much uptime is promised, but its just bad for a service provider to be down almost 80% of the time. Their call center usually gives generic, "our technicians are working on it", answers.
Now because the area has been locked to just using them, we have to just deal with it.
Working from home has become a nightmare as you cant even be in a meeting without their connection dropping and you seeming like you arent being productive.
Please pull up your socks, this is just painful.
NB: to even write this took a good 30+ minutes as the connection kept dropping.

10 Jun 2021, 11:54Hi Bonolo, Due to the vandalism that happened on our POP in Sky City the core infrastructure was destroyed along with this the main upstream providers equipment. Our Backup link for Bronx has been activated but this link is currently overloaded with amount of users. Therefore reason for the slow speed. Good news though is that within a few days of the whole POP being destroyed and vandalised we have our uplink provider busy on site as we speak establishing the main link. Once this is up your speed should stabilise back to normal. I trust you understand and appreciate your co-operation in these troubling times. This was not a foreseen event and we are managing it to best of our ability.

10 Jun 2021, 13:09There was s strike in Sky City last week Thursday and they burnt down the community Center along with 2 Show houses and our POP. You are on the Primary link as we speak the link has been established. Please test and confirm, If you are still experiencing slow speeds. We will assist in investigating.

15 Jun 2021, 10:46Different day, same problem. Is your main line out again?
I'm starting to look like I don't want to work at this point.
How about we rather pay for the line we are served? If for the majority of the month I get 1mb download speed, it only makes sense to pay for that, right?
