S4L support disappointing servicd

The service offered by S4L support is very poor, disappointing and they are not reliable. You report and issue they take their time to attend it as if its a free wifi service. You pay for your monthly package and spend almost 20 days with no proper network. For someone looking for a wifi provider, please try other companies.
