Ridiculous service

Here I am again with another complaint. Every day at 15H00 my internet goes off until the next day. I’ve called them daily. Even 20e in where I’m waiting for them to answer. This is honestly the worst experience I’ve had with internet. A ticket was also logged to fix my problem but NO still I’m struggling no customer support at S4L. This is ridiculous!!!
