Poor service

No indication given in terms of when the technicians will contact me nor a time frame. The problem cannot be attended to remotely, and I was thus asked to wait patiently for them to contact me. I work from home and need wifi desperately. I am extremely disappointed in this service. Limited feedback and communication with no ETAs or time frames provided. Poor service.
