Poor Service

I moved into my apartment in March of 2021 and since then every month there’s an issue with my wifi connectivity. When the wifi connects, it’s great, but sometimes I have issues everyday. The wifi connects for about 5 - 10 minutes and the disconnects and a have to wait another few minutes to reconnect. Since I’ve moved in, I have purchased the fastest available speed there is but the connectivity is still poor. I have contacted Surf4life on multiple occasions. They just keep saying they will reset my connection or the technician is aware there is an issue or I must unplug my wifi and try again or they will call me back with feedback but they don’t and I end up calling them only to get the same excuses.
