Poor service

My experience with Surf4Life is horrible and they don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. I had requested that my debit account details to be amended but they did not, they actually tried to debit an old account which resulted in charges for me. When I tried to explain, their employee made it like it’s my fault that they did not amend my details as requested. They even decided to disconnect my network. I wish I had other network coverages in my area, their service is really poor.
