Poor service!!!!

Never in my entire life have I ever come across a company that is so *********** and inadequate. You call their helpline,the only platform for you to get help but that is still of no use,the consultants will give you attitude,I’ve been calling them for 2 days now because I want to subscribe to their services and on both days I was told that the guy who is their technician will come to my apartment to connect. I had to cancel my commitments for two days due to their poor service!!!
