Poor connection every fow weeks

Everymonth with this we encounter issues like currently no connection since in the morning it has been more than 12hours, and the lies we get here in skycity is "we are under an upgrade" i am sure they are just signing /accepting tenders but they can't render the service properly.... We have kids that are in grade 12 and it so hard to do any homeworks given from school..... Please get your act together u are failing dismally...
