Please get more people like DOCTOR as your service provider. He was so patient in helping us reconnect and take note that before that I had numerous times speaking with different agents and they all failed ALL 5 OF THEM but Doctor came to the rescue as he gave himself time to help us. Doctor keep up the good work. We need more people like you.
