Pathetic Service

This company has got to be the ambassador of Bad Service!! Been having the same problem for a week now. When I waste my airtime and time to call them for feedback they all tell me the same lie that a technician is coming but they’ll never pitch. The service is beyond pathetic

Any slight wind in the area then boom you are without internet… but of course the debit order will go off without fail
