Pathetic service

The worst service ever. Every day there is connection issues .some of us work from home and struggle to work because of this issues. When you call or email them then only do they want to tell you that there's issues but the will never inform you about it beforehand. Why do we need to call you or email to ask what's the problem everytime ? They give tje same response all the time. It's like you emailing a robot. Pathetic service. You paying for service that works when it feels like it. Fix your connections issues please. I am ready to cancel with you
