Pathetic ISP ever

Pathetic support, pathetic services, incredibly *********** call centre personnel. If you call you hold for almost an hour and only to be told the people who can assist connect you are gone home. 8 days with no internet and I’ve already paid for it, I’m told the company doesn’t reimburse you it is just like that. Unbelievable how all their contact options are useless. You send a mail and receive an automated response with SLA of about 3 days but I’m on day 8. So frustrating, no one should go through this. No one should use Surf 4 Life really.
