Nonsense Company called Surf4Life

This company is monopolizing fiber in all cosmopolitan projects. We are only being giving one option to use, which is Surf4life, the internet goes down for more than 48 hours, the call center ignores our calls, when you finally reach someone, they do not have any measures in place to escalate the matter. I lost internet at Lotus gardens on Sunday, to this point, there is no solution to this issue. They also do not know what is happening.
