Nonsense Company
The most useless service provider in RSA, the FIBRE is always down especially during the weekends. This company is arrogant to an extent where when you provide constructive feedback on their social media platforms they delete your comment so that other people wouldn't see your comment. It is our daily bread here in Sky City for the FIBRE to be off. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, actually their services are similar to the one given by the government just that here we are paying a lot of money for nonsense.

The upstream provider for that area, has been experiencing excessive vandalism and theft on their lines. The upstream provider feeds Sky City, and the surrounding areas.
They have been working around the clock to try to mitigate the crime that results in our customers, as well as all other ISP's customers in the area being down.
Please keep an eye out for our broadcast emails, as we do provide reasons for outages, on our network, as well as updates on situations like these.
