No wifi for more than 24hrs

We have been without wifi since yesterday well over 24hrs with no proper explanation as to why this is, the annoying part is that we pay for this service and will probably not be compensated for this, it's an inconvenience and quite frankly unacceptable to be treated this way as a paying customer. The worst is that we cannot get hold of them via telephone and our emails are not being responded to. I'm genuinely disappointed with Surf4life!
