No Value for money and Horrible call center service!
Horrible service. I pay full service fee every month for not even half the quality of network connectivity quality and speed I pay for. I’m forever calling them to complain and if it’s not the system being down on their side, I am holding on the call line for an hour with no answer WITH MY AIRTIME. HORRIBLE!!!
I definitely do not get Value for Money from Surf4Life. Nonsense. I have a smart tv for nothing as picture quality is always poor. When I test connectivity speed, it is a fraction of what I PAY FOR!
