No support, false promises

I lost internet connection on Saturday the 28th of August 2021 early in the morning and reported the matter to S4L and was given a Ticket ID: *** as reference it today the 31st of August @13H00 after numerous email and calls i still have not being helped. the always promise to give me a call but nothing
