No internet from 2nd January until today 16th Jan 24

Bad company ever,doesn't care about clients. Logged complaint of what they said its Fibre problem since 2nd January 2024 till today, 16 January 2024😭😭😭😭,I don't owe them. M calling them every day and sending them emails....no restoration.
