No Accountability from Manhattan’s Lofts
Hi All
We have had no internet at manhattan lofts from 5pm yesterday 21/05/2024 a ticket was raised with Manhattan team and surf4life.
Update received from Provider Surf4life as Manhattan didn’t bother to send out comms to their tentants clearly.i followed up with surf4life for them

Outage Feedback: Please note that in light of the damage done to the Fibre Infrastructure within Manhattan Lofts, due to on-site construction, our civil team is on site and working promptly. Splicing will resume in the next 2 hours.
However, due to the extensive nature of the break, restoration will not be completed today.
