Nightmarish service!!

As the only Fibre service provider in our area one would expect to get amazing, excellent and uninterrupted internet connectivity. But instead all I've been getting is frequent wifi outages, unstable connectivity and frequent non communicated updates on the server. Remote working has became a nightmare as I always have to be on the lookout for wifi outages every second day and not only does that frustrates me but having to buy mobile data to be able to connect during the outages has been driving me insane as i took up Fibre services with the hope that I will be spending less on data. Gosh Surf 4 life is just the pits!
