Most of the surf4life contact center employees are rude and lack customer service but today I spoke to a gentleman named Darryl Minyuku and had a totally opposite experience. From when he answered the call, he had a welcoming tone. We spoke about my query and he said he will call me back. Guess what, he did call back, which hardly happens from surf4life. My query was resolved. For the company itself, I give 4 stars, for Darryl, I'd give him 10 stars if it were possible. More of your employees should strive to have such customer service. He's a gem.
