Mediocrity of Service
I have had very experience with this company Surf4Life. They've reasonably pricing but when poor customer service, I've experienced network outages on regular basis, they'll only send an email apology that's all. I have complained and written emails to them without getting any replies.
They never miss a day of collecting debit orders. Some days we've had no network for 2 days, network disconnects at random times and all they do is send an apology. No improvements, same issues everyday
