Lacking service delivery even worse customer service.
The poorest service delivery and customer service you'll ever get. This company doesn't even take accountability or even acknowledge the inconvenience data outages cause, especially since we work from home consistent outages which last for more than 6hrs at a time it's horrible.This both affects productivity and proffessionalism the service manager had absolutely no remorse.
