KHAYA-SURF4LIFE

This 5-star rating is NOT for surf4life it's for their consultant/technician KHAYA, I've come to accept that surf4life is a horrible service provider but there's not much we can do about it since they've blocked other networks in our complex we are forced to use this nonsense, Khaya is by far the only person that makes this ****ty service better, he's very patient and kind, and he takes time to listen and he resolves any issue, if its something that can't be fixed at the same time he follows up, keeps you in the loop so you don't have to keep calling If it was possible I'd only ever interact with him as he seems to be the only person there that knows proper customer service
