I recently had a very disappointing experience with surf4life The connectivity was consistently unreliable, often only available for half the month despite paying for a full month. The process for handling debit orders and manual payments is disorganized, causing unnecessary delays. The finance team was unhelpful when I needed urgent connectivity, and the overall service was extremely frustrating. It feels like they are not committed to providing reliable services. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable connectivity.
