Joy at Surf4Life is a customer service champion

My network was disconnected because of the incompetence of the Finance team. I have been calling and sending emails to Surf4life since last week not getting assistance until my call was answered by Joy she is a customer service champion she takes her time to understand the problem even though I did not have internet for almost a week I am happy with how she handled my query my connection is restored.
