It's over 8 hours and I still don't have wifi

It's over 8 hours and I still don't have wifi. They're only telling me now, after 8 am that they can't resolve my problem, and that I should wait for someone to schedule an appointment. I first call the call center at 16h50 yesterday and no one answers.
