It's just been over a year and no problems that other ISP's don't have. All in all it's great and for a small ISP they sure taking great strides. I look forward to see what they can improve as they grow. A very big thank you to Tshifhiwa, the guy is always helpful. My suggestion is that they also try to utilize other forms of communication, be it WhatsApp or SMS especially to notify when connection will be cut off die to upgrades. Lol its kinda odd notifying me via email that we experiencing issues when I don't have internet to view that email,... I know SMS/WhatsApp services might be security risk but yea. Oh also please add more than 100MB offering. Maybe atleast to 500MB or 1Gig😬. And dual band/triband routers for our many IOT devices... WiFi 6 router would be AWSOME. Maybe that can set them apart from the big fish like Afrihost etc. Please!!!!🙌🏾
