*********** call center agents and technicians

Poor service.

I’ve been I’ve been using surf for life since October 2020 while living at Manhattan lofts and honestly it seems all call center agents for surf4life are ***********. When you call with a query some even hang up on you. I moved to sky city and I took the day off from work so that they can come and install but no one pitched. I called them all day as time was passing by and I kept getting different stories. Now I called at 16:59 and I’m told that their technicians are knocking off. Basically I took a day off from work for nothing.
