I’m not rating Surf4Life as a whole because my previous experiences with their WiFi service weren’t great. However, I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Mpho. She was calm, professional, and patient throughout the process of restoring my connection. What stood out the most was her commitment, she did not only resolve the issue efficiently but also kept her promise to call me back, ensuring everything was working smoothly. Mpho’s dedication and excellent customer service deserve recognition.
