I must say that I once thought of cancelling my service with Surf4life, reason when ever I called in to have my issue resolved, the person taking my call would always just tell me that my extender is not a surf4life product. But some one on the WhatsApp group they gave me contact number for Tshifhiwa he managed to help me, and now my extender is working perfect.
