I have had an issue with my Wi-Fi connection since I moved into my new place at the beginning of September, and no one at the Service desk had a clue what they were doing. And then, today I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Tshifhiwa. He was professional. efficient and very friendly. He is the only one who got to the root of my issue and actually resolved it quite quickly. Thank you, Tshifhiwa; truly appreciated.
