I have been having intermittent internet disconnections and Khaya Mahlangu was patient and worked systematically to resolve the issue with all the tools he had at his disposal. Surf4Life’s infrastructure still has a long way to go in terms of their infrastructure but atleast people like Khaya make the customer experience better
