I had issues with purchasing the new fibre that we were migrated to which is FrogFoot from Surf4Life. I tried reaching Frogfoot by all means with no response , then I went back to Surf4Life to ask them to assist. They responded immediately and even gave me a call when I asked, for better clarity.
