I called a lady by the name of Nosi who was very friendly and patient with me that was last week Then she explained that installations are not done over the weekends but did write down my details because I told her that I would ask for a day off on the 12th at work then she said I must remind her on the 11th Yesterday just before 4pm I called apologizing for remembering late she was actually laughing and grateful that I did call but what touched my heart is that she still remembered me Today very naughty but friendly gentleman came to do the installation
