I have been waiting for a technician to come and fix my internet for an entire week, but as soon as my ticket was assigned to him, he resolved the issue in just one day. I am truly grateful that he even made the effort to come on a Saturday morning to ensure that everything was taken care of. I cannot express my gratitude enough. You are a true saint, even though you disguise yourself as a technician. LOL.
