Horrible Service

My Fibre hasn’t been working for 2 days now , when I pay for a service , I expect to get what I pay for . I’ve only been with this service provider for 2 months and I’ve had countless issues with their service, their support desk is useless . I can’t work from home because I don’t have connection , I can’t drive to the office either because I’m heavily pregnant and can’t risk contracting COVID due to this inconvenience from Surf4Life .
