Horrible experience....

Horrible experience.... Every day, the wifi is down. I have to call in multiple times a day... When you send a message on the support whatsapp line, it takes hours before you get any response. I work from home, and it's nearly impossible to do. Service is pathetic and no resolution to the problem has been made yet. I am still waiting.
