Great customer service!

After the frustration of being offline 2 times in on day, I received such exceptional service from Kamogelo. She was so patient with me stayed on the line with me whilst she tried to reconnect me to the signal. When she saw it was taking a while she offered to call me back after she had done all the troubleshooting on her side, and she stuck to her word.
