First ISP to have failed

I think cosmopolitan made a big mistake allowing these guys to be the only Fibre service providers for lotus gardens x29😏😏we basically throwing money away by subscribing to surf4life 😩if it's not those automated emails it's the unresolved issues that we waste time and airtime phoning them to report an issue. I made payment yesterday 17/03/2022 and this morning they disconnected me, I call they ask for a proof of payment which they emailed to me confirming they have received my payment. I call again and their finance department is not available therefore I will have to wait until Monday for this to be fixed😩😏😞if this is the business plan then YEKANI, you have failed🚮🚮🚮🚮
