First enquiry was on the 8th of July and I am only getting helped today on the 09 September. I appreciate the patience but I didn’t like that I had to be the one doing the following up. My phase 3 wifi stopped working, they gave me the frogfoot-unprov which wasn’t always working. They were able to restore it today after countless of enquiry juring that period. But I appreciate the patience and I appreciate that when you call, they answered, when you email theu answered and whn you WhatsApp, you will definitely get an agent to help you.
