Experienced difficulty with internet connection since June. This morning, Tshifhiwa truly took his time and assisted us in getting the problem solved. If not for his intervention this morning, I was going to cancel my 3-year relationship with Surf4Life and simply go somewhere else. I wish to commend Tshifhiwa for his excellent service. Thank you.
