Exceptional customer service

When I was just about to give up with Surf4life….after calling and speaking to differently consultants and all of them telling me different storie?I called and a lady by the name of Joyce Kganyago answered the phone….she answered professionally with so much confidence, I felt like we’ve spoken before,I explained my story, I was angry and ****ed but she managed to calm down, she assured me all will be solved, I was rude and she transferred me to her manger to assure me..little did I know she’s just a cleaner and not consultant. With her attitude, she can go far. Keep it up Joy Joy and you won’t be cleaning for long
