Excellent customer service

I have dealt with Nosy from surf for life.I have never met her only spoke to her over the phone.She sold the product to my kids and and they were happy about it.I personally didn't want to do business with surf for life due to the experience I had when they were installing the fiber cables.On installation of the wifi router at my house ,I had issues then I spoke to Nosy who resolved them swiftly.

Surf 4 life pls note That Nosy she's for keeps.She knows how to handle a customer.She is good at what she does ,and would say her customer service is something that you hardly get or experience as a customer this days. Good work Nosy and keep it up.Thank you
