Thank you so much Duduzile Twala for the amazing service you rendered to me at 12am. Duduzile was kind,patient, friendly and very understanding. She took her time to assist me and guide me through the WIFI connectivity issue i had until it was resolved. She kept me calm and reassured me that she would do everything possible to assist me while i was waiting she was talking me through the process and even making me laugh i even forgot that i had an issue, once the issue was resolved she stayed a little longer to check that all is well and even asked if i needed her to assist me with anything further honestly i truly appreciate your service Dudu it was amazing the best so far thank you and may you keep up the amazing work you do.
